Not good at all. I don't really like sweet glazes so I thought I would give this a try but it was a total waste. The mustard gave the ham a sort of bitter taste and made the entire house smell like hotdogs....but not in a good way. Also, the cumin gave it an unpleasant, crunchy texture.<br/>On the upside I was able to scrape most of it off and the taste hadn't penetrated too deeply but it's kind of a bummer because the skin is my favorite part :(

Also not a fan of sweet glazes. Loved your creation! I subbed chili powder for cumin only because I didn't have any-worked great.

I think I've found a ham glaze. :) Finally, one that's not sweet!

I used 1 tbsp of fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I doubled the recipe for my ham and really coated the whole thing. I thought the glaze was a little bitter so I added 3 tbsp of honey which did not make it sweet at all. I did not want sweet!! It is so hard to find ham recipes that are not sweet. This was so amazing!!
