Spicy Mexican Corn!

This is my family's favorite way to eat corn!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cansof golden sweet corn
  • 34 ounce Laughing Cow cheese, pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
  • 12 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
  • 12 red bell pepper, chopped
  • creole seasoning, to taste (I use Tony Chachere's)


  1. Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.
  2. This is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
