- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar (optional)
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄3 cup salad dressing

My kids won't touch this meatloaf, but I love it. Found it in a BH & G magazine a few years ago and I make it just so I can pack meatloaf sandwiches for work :)
My husband loved it. Nothing more to add, except I left out the raisins. Made for Adopt A Tag '09. :)i
this was very good. I used ground turkey since we are supposed to stay away from red meat, and my husband ate the raisins I bought to make this. I'll try it with raisins next time. Leanne
