(This is a recipe I adopted from the Zaar account.)
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Chill before serving.
Boy, talk about a laid back way to a taste sensation. I didn't even put the salt and pepper on it (forgot, sorry). But, I DID sprinkle a few chopped mint leaves for looks and I served the whole thing in a large iceberg lettuce leaf. 1/2 T sambal oelek was almost too much. Next time I'll go less, or get a bigger mango.
