ingredients
- 946.36 ml cubed mangoes
- 2 diced jalapenos (seeded)
- 29.58 ml minced cilantro
- 29.58 ml lime juice
- 0.25 ml cayenne pepper
- 9.85 ml sugar (depending on how sweet the mango is)
directions
- Mix all ingredients.

Loved the flavor and the relatively short list of ingredients. I scaled the recipe down a bit and subbed serranos for the jalapenos. I used part for Recipe #175793, and we ate the rest with tortilla chips. It was great with both, and I also think it will be wonderful with grilled seafood this summer. :) Thanks for posting this simple, flavorful recipe!
