adapted from Taste of Thai - adapt directions Malt vinegar has a special flavor that goes well with fried foods. In this sauce, you get the unique flavor of malt together with the Thai influence of chilies, Fish Sauce and cilantro.
- 1⁄4 cup malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons red chili peppers, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Combine malt vinegar, cilantro, minced red chili peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar and Fish Sauce.
- Mix together well.
