Yum Yum Yum! But wait - it gets better!....I've made this recipe twice now this past week with slight modifcations. For the sauce - I doubled the lime juice and added 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. For the Salsa, I left out the olive oil completely and added a splash of hot sauce. Now for the fun part - the 2nd time, I made this with fresh BC salmon instead of prawns and it was beautiful (not to mention delish) with the salsa served on top. Thanks for sharing this. I imagine it' would be amazing with halibut as well. I just made this for family but will definitely be impressing guests with it was well. Thank you for sharing this!

We really enjoyed these. The flavor of the shrimp was perfect. I marinaded them for 3 hours which really blended the flavors well. I like the salsa too, but didn't used it for the shrimp. We used for chips prior to dinner. It was very good. I did add a little extra lime juice to it for personal preference. Thanks for sharing.

We had our BF over last night and we cooked dinner together, this was our favorite of the new recipes we tried. The salsa was outstanding and we will be making it often. thanks

DBF tool one bite and then I heard an audible mmmmm! These little beauties have a great flavor even without the avocado salsa. They also are a snap to cook using my grill pan. I reduced this to 2 servings no problem.

I was afraid that there was too much lime juice in the salsa, but when paired with the prawns it was perfect. The flavours are fabulous together!! Our prawns weren't too large, so this made two servings with some salsa left over. Yummy!! Thanks Aaliyah's mum!
