These were outstanding. I used turkey cutlets and grilled indoors on a grill pan. I made the rub for the turkey as directed. I was concerned the sour cream sauce would be to spicy so I started with half of the black pepper and cayenne pepper and tasted. I ended up making the sour cream sauce as directed and it all was delicious. It had a nice bit of kick but not overwhelming. Oh, and I forgot the lime but I bet it would have been great. Will definitely have to remember the lime the next time I make these. Thanks for sharing! Made for Best of 2013 tag.

Loved this, spice combination on poultry is perfect. Used chicken instead of turkey. The sour cream sauce I changed slightly-halved the green onion and peppers, and glad I did. Served with Easy As Pita Bread. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

WOW these were just fantastic! The spice rub on the turkey was terrific and we just loved the sour cream sauce as well. Made our own pitas on the grill before grilling the turkey (Easy As Pita Bread) and enjoyed a wonderful meal - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2013

Really tasty spice combo. I used leftover turkey and tossed it with the spices in oil for about 3 minutes until it was warmed through. We used wraps instead of pitas. The sour cream sauce was great! Next time I would use the pitas as said. Use the cilantro (not parsley). Great way to use leftovers!!

These are great! I made a few minor changes to this recipe which we enjoyed by using chicken breasts (instead of turkey), skipping the paprika and fennel (out of) and instead of the green chilies I used 1 jalapeno. I also used fat free sour cream and whole grain pita bread. Great pita sandwiches which we served with fruit salad. Thanks for sharing this keeper which we will be having often!
