Ready, Set, Cook! Special Edition Contest Entry: This recipe is being inspired from "Bombay Pav Bhaji", one of the world famous spicy recipe, but I have personally made lot of changes and it is one of my family's favorite.

  1. Steam carrots, cauliflower, peas until soft and mash them with a help of potato masher leaving some chunks.
  2. In a pan heat butter, add cumin seeds and saute onions.
  3. Add red bell peppers, tomotoes, steamed vegetables and Simply Potatoes Diced potatoes with Onion.
  4. Cook for 5 mins until it is well blended.
  5. Now add chilli powder, salt and lemon and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the flame and garnish with cheese on top.
  7. Warm the pita bread.
  8. Use this as a filling in the pita bread.
  9. Serve hot.
