This is an excellent recipe--it has great flavor. We all liked it. It wasn't too spicy, even with the full 1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper. I put it together on the stove, but then had to go out, so I put it in the oven at 250 degrees for about an hour to finish. It worked great. We will definitely have this again.
If you like lamb and you like chili - this is a wonderful recipe! It is spiced just right; my two year old ate it with no problem. It is also very flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.
I love lamb in chili! This is spicy, but not as spicy as you may expect..... it's quite pleasant. All the other spices added wonderful flavor. I used cheddar cheese and onions for garnish. Thanx!
