This was really good! I am not a huge fan of quail, but the sweet/spicy contrast of this marinade really worked with the quail. I did not have the sambal oelek, so I used a chili garlic sauce (the one with the rooster on the jar) and added some lime and fresh ginger and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing! :)
