My new favorite way to bake potatoes! I thought the spice blend was perfect (although I added a little more cayenne b/c I like it hot). I can't wait to try it with other spices. These are FANTASTIC!

These are great and really pretty easy to put together! Great tip with the wooden spoon...worked perfectly! I cooked the potatoes at 425 degrees and they came out crispy and brown on top and soft and fluffy on the inside. The only change I made was to add a little extra cayenne cause we like things spicy. Yum!

These were great!!! I didn't have small red potatoes, so I took the large red potatoes I had and quartered them.....they might have even been better because the exposed raw side seemed to absorb the wonderfully taste-y sauce. My family loved it.

These were good. I thought it was hard to get the topping between the layers. I used my brush and fingers, but I ended up breaking the potatoes apart. They also did not brown up as much as I would have liked. I guess I will try a higher temperature. I don't remember the temperature that I used since I made these a while back and am just now getting around to rate them. The presentation is a neat idea and the directions were great! Thanks for sharing.
