This is from Cuisine Magazine. Tried it last night and it was superb.
- 6 ears corn, shucked
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo, minced
- sliced scallion
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Grill corn, turning often, until marks appear, 10-15 minutes.
- Combine butter, orange juices, chipotles and salt.
- Pour over grilled corn. Garnish with scallions.
