In a large saute pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic, peppers, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne. Cook, stirring, until the garlic begins to turn golden, about 2 minutes.

Add the green beans, water, and salt. Stir well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender, 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the sesame seeds and cook uncovered, stirring, until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from the heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
I made a half recipe of these great beans and there wasn't one left after DH and I finished dinner. Serves with grilled steak and baked potato, it was one grand meal. :D

Very good, very hot! Next time to make it more kid friendly I'll probably leave the cayenne out. Used chicken broth instead of water to add a little more flavor. Thanks swiss!
