great taste loved the sauce but instead of the prawns i cooked it with fish, cooked the sauce for half an hour on slow and then added the fish had a real nice flavour and i upped the spice

I cut the recipe in half and cut back even further on the cayenne pepper, for personal taste preference reasons. I only used a scant 1/2 t. of cayenne pepper That was spicy enough for me. This is a fast recipe because the glaze is made the day before and cook time is only a few minutes. I'll make this recipe again.

Spicy Glazed Shrimp
