Delicate flavors, although I used crushed red peppers (to accommodate a nursing mom). This seemed like a side dish, rather than an entrée. The rice noodles soaked up the sauce, as they normally would. This dinner group missed having additional delicious sauce (personal preference). Next time we would use pork strips and stir-fry them. Spicy Glass Noodles With Crispy Pork (Yum Woon Sen)
