Great tea for a cold winter night. Nice smelling. Very good for giving as gifts. I give it to family every year. I'm not 100% sure in prep time but its not long. Also I used a food processor and it mixed it very well. When serving you may need to add water if you don't like strong drinks.

- 12.32 ml ground cinnamon
- 4.92 ml ground cloves
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- To serve:Dissolve 4-1/2 tsp in 1 cup of boiling water.
Thank you for posting this great recipe! I substituted decaf instant tea for the regular tea and splenda for the sugar and it is wonderful. Making another batch to send in care packages for my college kiddos!
This recipe has been a great success. We gave it for gifts over the holidays and have heard nothing but wonderful things. We used apricot jello in our original batches, but were unable to find it later and used peach and the recipe was still a hit. Sharing this one and keeping it because the requests keep on coming!
This was so yummy to make. I like the apricot Jello in this friendship tea mix. I did add some allspice as well as the cinnamon, and clove. I think I added around 1/2 tsp of the allspice. I also doubled the instant tea b/c I wanted a more tea like flavor.
Well done on the recipe Melody!
