- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
