directions

  • preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • season pork chops with dry ingredients.
  • mix salsa, honey,garlic and lime juice.
  • marinate pork in salsa mixture for 1 hours.
  • pat pork dry and sear both sides in olive oil.
  • place pork in the oven and baste with marinade. bake for 15 minute.

  3. There is nothing Cuban about this dish. We don't eat spicy food you therefore you are mislabeling this recipe.
     
  4. Just the right combination of sweet & spicey, these made a "lick your plate clean" supper for DH & I. Followed the recipe exactly except 1/2 the meat portion and it turned out perfectly. Left the sauce as it because we like things saucey. Thanks for an easy, delicious recipe!
     
  5. You have got to try this, the flavor is out of this world. We tried a slightly different recipe for Cuban Spicy Pork last night but basics are the same. Marinated our boneless pork chops overnight in the refrigerator. Didn't pat dry so didn't add olive oil.And cooked on our indoor grill. Next time we will try this on the outdoor grill.
