ingredients
- 4 -6 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup green chili salsa
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
directions
- preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- season pork chops with dry ingredients.
- mix salsa, honey,garlic and lime juice.
- marinate pork in salsa mixture for 1 hours.
- pat pork dry and sear both sides in olive oil.
- place pork in the oven and baste with marinade. bake for 15 minute.

You have got to try this, the flavor is out of this world. We tried a slightly different recipe for Cuban Spicy Pork last night but basics are the same. Marinated our boneless pork chops overnight in the refrigerator. Didn't pat dry so didn't add olive oil.And cooked on our indoor grill. Next time we will try this on the outdoor grill.
