My hubby and I LOVE anything that is spicy! And BOY did this do the trick. I did laso add 1 jalapeno diced to it, and omitted the vegetable oil, but it was so delicious! We ate the whole thing right up! Thanks!

It was a wonderful dish! Great flavor! I did add 1 cup of chicken broth and turned the sauce into gravy. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. COMFORT FOOD!! Thanks for warming us up on a cold day!

This dish has such wonderful, full bodied flavor to it. All of the spices gave the chicken and veggies a kick, and the aroma was wonderful. I especially liked the Italian seasoning. I used a hot paprika and New Mexico chile powder. I wouldn't change a thing in this recipe. Definately a keeper....and I really liked the way the nutrition facts worked out on this recipe too. Thanks, Nez, for sharing another of your wonderful, delicious recipes.

I made this with bone-in skinless chicken thighs which turned out really well. I used another reviewer's suggestion and included a chopped jalapeno which really spiced it up. Served with jasmine rice and baby asparagus for an easy and delicious weeknight meal. Thanks Inez!

This was a quick, easy, and tasty crockpot dish. I made a gravy from the drippings and served with rice and asparagus. This is a do over!

This chicken was okay but %u201Cspicy%u201D it was not. I guess my husband and I are use to "hotter" food being called %u201Cspicy.%u201D I did like the technique used to cook the chicken and it was falling off the bone tender.

This was very good and I copied other people by omitting the oil so it made a pretty healthy dish served with rice. For my own taste, I will add a bit more spice next time. Thanks!

This was good but for my taste, I felt something was missing.

My husband and one son liked this dish a lot. I had added cumin and some yogurt and cubed the chicken and served it mixed up with bowtie pasta. Thanks!

Easy to make, tastes great. I've recommended and made this recipe multiple times and it hasn't gotten old yet. :) The house smells great while it is cooking, makes it hard to wait. One note, the "Spicy" seems to refer to the number of spices, not the "heat".

SOOO good and sooo flavourful! I used 2 chicken legs which I cut in half therefor using 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs. Followed the rest of the recipe to a T (using the same amount of sauce). I thickened the gravy with a little bit of flour and served everything over mashed potatoes. Thanks so much for sharing!

I made this recipe based on the 4 highly rated reviews. In my family's opinion, it was "OK". I followed the recipe exactly. The flavor was subtle and not at all spicy. Perhaps I should have added jalapeno. The chicken was tender. I probably will not make this one again.
