  • Grill poblano or roast on gas burner. Peel off skin; remove seeds and dice.
  • Microwave corn until hot following package directions. drain.
  • Add up to 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
  • Mix poblanos in and serve!

I love simple recipes. I love multipurpose utensils. I love my grill. I hate cute food. I hate having a lot of dishes to do after dinner, so I love one dish wonders like stir fry! Read the above, but I love sushi...doesn't make sense does it?
