Oh theis was soooo good. Not too anything. I would use less cloves & maybe add vanilla. It was easy & they came out perfect. I used 3 2c ramekins, lol, & they were just right after 1 hour. Silky....not too sweet - I used brown sugar - and just wonderful. Thank you. This would be a nice holiday dessert.
Rich, creamy and delectable. I made 4 x 1-cup serves, as I don't have 1/2 cup ramekin dishes, and substituted dark brown sugar for palm sugar. They cooked for around 60 minutes, and were perfect (just a slight wobble when taken from the oven!). I served them chilled with icecream. We will definitely have these again.
