A great juice for the cold season. Ginger, and parsley supplies zinc for is antiviral activity. Pineapple contains bromelain,which is an effective anti-inflammatory agent for sore throats. The juice is also loaded with beta-carotene and vitamin C. Try to use organic produce.
- Wash all then slice all to fit through hopper and push through with carrots.
I've doubled this recipe several times to make for the whole family. Everyone loves it and it is so refreshing! I love how the ginger adds that zing to it!
This is a wonderful juice! Unfortunately I couldn't find any beets, so I just doubled the carrots, but it was still a great drink!
This is really tasty. I have substituted the apple for other fruits I had on hand, such as mango or pear. Also very good for cleansing the digestive system.
