What a wonderfully different marinade. I put this together in a few minutes this morning. I used bone-on chicken breasts and basted the chicken as it cooked. I had plenty of sauce left over to serve with our meal and was enjoyed by my family. I did go easy on the hot sauce as that is our taste. The chicken was moist and tender. This is definitely a keeper and each time I use it I will think of dear Amy.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Added OJ concentrate to the grocery list last week... and I am so glad! What a great addition to this marinade. I will use it in dressings etc. from now on. We split the marinade between the chicken and the onions (basting with the chicken marinade and heating the onion marinade as the sauce). We decided to slice the onion in big rings and grill them in a basket. They were yummy and charred. The cinnamon was quite obvious as a flavor...and we loved it!people found this review Helpful. Everyone loved it. Tasty and easy to make. Super moist. I used chicken legs as that's what my family likes best. Thankyoupeople found this review Helpful.
