  1. I first had a chipotle mayo at Panera that was very good, but this one beats theirs HANDS DOWN! I first used it on top of a turkey and provelone sandwich on a rosemary-onion foccacia, then during the annual Labor Day BBQ, I laid the container out for my guests to use as they pleased and noticed that everyone ate it on top of their cheeseburgers! I also used it to make a very good cole slaw! Thanks for posting, and ENJOY!

  2. Simple and delicious. I took this to a burger bar potluck (everyone brought their own burgers and then multiple toppings to share) and it was widely enjoyed on everything from chicken to veggie burgers to the traditional hamburger. Those who tried it with some pepperjack cheese were raving - I think that's for the extra brave :) Thanks for sharing!

  3. Very good on burgers and turkey avocado sandwiches. I add 1/4 teaspoon lime juice. Thanks!

  4. I love this mayo! I've used it on hamburgers, sandwiches, wraps, dipped tortilla chips in it. Sometimes I add a squeeze of lime. This would also make a really good mayo for chicken salad!

  5. I had this delicious mayonnaise on your fish tacos and it's wonderful! It has just the right amount of flavor. My first thought after tasting it was that it would be perfect on a grilled burger. Thanks for posting!
