I first had a chipotle mayo at Panera that was very good, but this one beats theirs HANDS DOWN! I first used it on top of a turkey and provelone sandwich on a rosemary-onion foccacia, then during the annual Labor Day BBQ, I laid the container out for my guests to use as they pleased and noticed that everyone ate it on top of their cheeseburgers! I also used it to make a very good cole slaw! Thanks for posting, and ENJOY!
