    Directions:

      Arrange broccoli in a steamer, and steam covered, for 4 minutes, or until crisp tender.

      Place broccoli in a large bowl.
    3. 3
      Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, red pepper, and sliced garlic cloves, and cook for 2 minutes.

      Add lemon juice, to pan and pour this over the broccoli.
    5. 5
      Sprinkle with lemon rind, and kosher salt, and serve.

      This is an excellent way to have broccoli. It's delicious. I love the garlic oil with the spiciness from red pepper flakes. Thank you for posting this keeper! Made for Football Pool in the Cooking Tag Games forum.
