Spicy Chicken Skewers

"Great marinated chicken for the BBQ. We cooked it on the grill inside, but probably recommend it for an outside BBQ - beautiful aroma and taste! Donna Hay Magazines have a lot to answer for."

ingredients

• 1 kg chicken thigh
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 6 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 teaspoons flaked sea salt
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and toos to combine. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thread chicken onto pre-soaked wooden skewers and char grill over high heat until cooked through, turning once.
2. Serve with whatever you feel like!
