hello! here I am back and I bring you another recipe with a Latin Twist. Spicy delicious chicken on the grill. is easy cheap and quick to prepare this recipe, I assure you they have never tasted a delicious chicken like this one. you can buy the chicken in their best interest in whole leg quarters, or sliced ??leg and thigh. I comment as a tip that when you go to order their chicken, sliced for grilling request, asked to be leg and thigh.we will use a sauce that is typically used in chips, cheetos, in all these things, you can find in the supermarket in the Latin foods aisle. I'm sure you will love it!!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 pieces chicken legs, and thigh. (This slicing and skinless)
  • 8 ounces sauce chips (valentina)
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken and remove the leather, put it in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with sauce for chips until the chicken is completely covered.
  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt on chicken.
  4. Mix well with hands until well blended and chicken is covered with sauce.
  5. Add onion and cilantro, put it in a plastic bag and close it.
  6. Let it sit for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  7. Turn on your favorite grill and place the chicken on the grill.
  8. Simmer for about 5 minutes per side, and go.
  9. Enjoy it with your favorite salad or with guacamole.
