  • prebake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes and spread on crust.
  • add chicken, onions and peppers to pizza.
  • drop spoonfuls of ricotta on top of pizza and sprinkle with all cheese.
  • flash freeze on a baking sheet, then wrap.

  1. I doubled this recipe, because I wanted to see (1)how it tasted & (2)how well it could be frozen! I did use my own pizza crust recipe & then followed the recipe right on down, using diced chicken breast that I has previously frozen! We really appreciated the combo of cheeses used here & if the frozen pizza is anything like the freshly made one, we'll have another satisfying dinner in store another day!
