This is different but very tasty. I was surprised how much I liked it. I put 1/4 cup raisins in (instead of currants) and used only 1 skinless chicken breast (to serve 2 people) but kept all the other measurements the same. In the last two hours of cooking I added some chopped green beans to bulk it out some more. I served it over brown rice. Altogether I was very happy with the results and will make this again.
