This is from Qu'est-ce qu'on mange Volume 3. It can be served in a fondue pot and dip bread cubes and asparagus tips.
- Mix cheese, tomato and onion in a bowl (microwave safe).
- Add salsa.
- Cook 8 to 12 minutes, at high heat, stirring 2 or 3 times.
- Serve while it's very hot with tostitos.
The kids can gobble, but the last dip is mine...and everybody knows it. Made for A-NZ #53 Recipe Tag.
Love this!! So quick and so easy to throw together! Thanks for a great recipe!! I left out the onion, as I felt there was enough in the salsa itself. However, can't have too many tomatoes :)
Tasty and apparently very easy! I prepared everything yesterday to heat up later tonight for a treat BUT my DS's ate most of it before I got home!! LOL! I could handle more salsa and skipped the onions as well. Keep a good eye on this while it's in the microwave - mine tended to almost boil over! Made for 1,2,3 Tag. Thanks Boomette! :)
