This dip is delicious and quick to make. I don't make it often, because I end up eating it all!
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 tablespoons sweet red peppers, diced
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
- Fry bacon, reserve grease and saute onions.
- While frying bacon, melt cheese.
- When cheese is melted, add peppers, tomato sauce, and green chili.
- Crumble bacon, and add with onions to cheese mixture.
