I made these today to go with an English meat pie I made for Christmas. I was only cooking for two so I just "eyeballed" all the ingredients and estimated how much to use. They came out terrific and I am sure they are healthier than using potatoes. I didn't have Za'atar spice, so I just used toasted sesame seeds, dried thyme and marjoram for the aioli which was delicious. I think this recipe is supposed to serve 4 to 5, not 45.
