Spicy Catfish With Tropical Fruit Salsa

"This recipe was in our local newspaper the other day and it sounded like something I'd like to try. I used mango in my salsa."

• 236.59 ml mango, chopped or
• 236.59 ml papaya, chopped
• 14.79 ml cilantro, finely chopped
• 7.39 ml jalapeno peppers, minced
• 7.39 ml green onions, minced
• 14.79 ml lime juice
• 4.92 ml garlic, minced
• 1.23 ml salt
• 2.46 ml black pepper, coarsely ground
• 1.23 ml red pepper
• 1.23 ml paprika
• 14.79 ml olive oil
• 4 (680.38 g) catfish fillets

directions

1. Combine mango, cilantro, jalapeno and green onion in a bowl. Toss with lime juice and chill until ready to serve.
2. Preheat the broiler.
3. Combine garlic, salt, black and red pepper, paprika and oil in a small bowl.
4. Place catfish fillets on a baking pan and coat with oil mixture. Broil until opaque in the center, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with salsa.
