I liked the use of napa cabbage in this slaw. It made a pretty presentation & offered a different texture from most slaws. I did think the lemon overpowered the dressing however and would reduce it in the future. Served for ZWT7.

  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon and oil; slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss cabbage, onion, and cilantro together in another bowl; just before serving, drizzle cabbage mixture with the dressing.
  3. Toss, season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
