From the Vegan Paleo Cookbook
- 1 small butternut squash, halved, deseeded, and cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- salt & pepper
- .Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix spices with coconut oil and melt in microwave.
- Put squash and oil mixture into plastic bag and shake to coat.
- Place squash on cookie sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes.
