- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices tomatoes
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 egg
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- Add all ingredients.
- And mix with hands until well blended.
- Place it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator about 2 hours (optional).
- Heat a skillet and cook the meat for 3 minutes on each side.
