- 4 ounces uncooked vermicelli

Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Stir-Fry
- 3⁄4 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin bite-sized strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 2 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can baby corn, drained and rinsed
directions
- Cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. Set aside.
- Spray large nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and onion is crisp-tender.
