I started making beans and ham and found I didn't have all the ingredients. This is what I came up with!
- 1 lb beans
- 11 cups water
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 2 teaspoons garlic granules
- 1⁄4 cup parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place beans in slow cooker. Since this turned out to be an ooops recipe, I used a combination of beans, navy beans, pinto beans, cranberry beans, black beans and kidney beans. It all depends on whats in your cabinets.
- Cover with water and turn cooker on high.
- Cook on high 6-7 hours until thick.
