Very good! I didn't have pickle relish on hand, so I chopped green and red grapes for that touch of sweetness the relish would have provided. I don't eat meat, but Husband does, and this was a delicious filling for his daily wrap sandwich he takes to the office. He requested that I make this again!

  1. In a large bowl toss the first 4 ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
  3. Stir into chicken mixture.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves or rolls if desired.
