  • Preheat the oven to 425°F
  • Mix together the ginger, garlic, honey, chili sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  • Place the chicken in a roasting tin and brush with all the sauce.
  • Cook towards the top of the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the chicken several times and basting with the sauce, until cooked.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with baked potatoes and a green salad.
