South Beach diet friendly spicy avocado Pita

A lovely little treat, that is wonderful tasting, and I followed this exactly. I love the use of chili powder here I used kosher salt to taste. The avocado really does spread so nicely when mixed up, and looks very pretty too! I might add some chopped jalapeno, and chopped tomato next time, but this was extremely tasty on it's own.   1. Season avocado with chile powder and salt.
  2. Stir until it is quite creamy.
  3. Spread 1/2 avocado mixture inside each pita pocket, tuck in a bit of lettuce, and serve.
