- 453.59 g package vermicelli, broken in half
- 236.59 ml commercial spicy stir-fry sauce
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml crunchy peanut butter
- 453.59 g diced cooked chicken breast
- 1419.54 ml chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 354.88 ml shredded carrots
- 78.78 ml chopped salted peanuts
- 29.58 ml chopped fresh cilantro
directions
- Cook vermicelli according to the package directions; drain, rinse, drain again; set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the stir-fry sauce, mayonnaise, and peanut butter; whisk until well blended.
- Add in the vermicelli, chicken, broccoli, and carrots; toss until coated.
- Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
- Serve right away or may cover and chill until ready to serve.
