  1. Preheat oven to 375°; grease muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs; add in milk, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla; blend well.
  3. Add in bran cereal, apples, raisins, and walnuts; stir to mix well.
  4. In another mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Add bran mixture to flour mixture; stir just until blended.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, dividing evenly.
  7. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until firm to touch.
