An easy, healthy vegetarian spread.
- 1⁄2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor to desired consistency (be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl from time to time).
- Serve with cut veggies or on crackers or bread.
