  1. Combine rhubarb, water, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large suacepan.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes.
  4. Cool and strain into a large pitcher.
  5. Add juices, stir, and chill.
  6. To serve, add ginger ale and pour over ice cubes.
