....but I changed the recipe a bit. It didn't seem very flavorful made as listed (but I had soaked the seeds in water before hand to get rid on any dried pumpkin so it might have been that they had a lot of water) so I added another tablespoon or more of worchester sauce (which gave it a nice brown glaze), a couple of generous shakes of cinnamon sugar mix, and added some more garlic salt to taste (probably another 1/8 teaspoon) and just baked it until the worchester sauce reduced down to a glaze on the seeds. Everyone ate a lot of them, even my DH who hates pumpkin seeds and my two preschool age kids.

I thought I already posted a review, but apparently not. Suffice to say, this is the third year making them, which should speak to the awesomeness of the recipe! Thanks for sharing! :-)

Totally loved the flavour of these seeds - so addictive! But, they just didn't get crispy the way I like them. I baked for an extra 15 minutes but was afraid to leave them in too much longer - didn't want them to burn.

I was going to post my recipe for pumpkin seed but I must have gotten it from here years ago. I love these. I don't wash mine I fine if you just pick off the stringy stuff, they have a much better flavor. I find then too plain when washed.

These are excellent!!! I feel a little silly that I had to go to this site for a recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds, but I wanted something differant, and this fit the bill to a T. The only change I made was I used seasoned salt instead of plain salt, and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Thanks Dancer, they were great!
