Very, very nice tasting pumpkin bread, this is! And the marmalade spread was a great touch, too! Thanks for sharing another keeper! Even if I didn't make it for any of the winter holidays this first time, I'll be having it again, for sure! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Stars recipe tag]

Easy to do, delicious to eat. I omitted the frosting and my marmalade was mandarin ! A moist and gorgeous cake, no doubt about it.

Love quick breads and muffins and enjoyed the strong pumpkin flavor. I did cut the recipe in half and substituted fig preserves, and made it into muffins (6) instead of a loaf. This made a wet dense muffin rather than the cakelike fluffy style. Very tasty even without icing!

Made exactly as posted and this is the BEST pumpkin bread I've ever had! I loved the addition of marmaladee to the bread and the orange cream cheese spread would have kicked it up to 10 stars if I could. Thanks for sharing this keeper Breezermom! Made for Everyday Is A Holiday February 2011.

Love, love, LOVE this recipe!! The orange marmalade in the batter and the sour cream really keep this as very moist and almost magical tasting loaf!! I did skip on the cream cheese spread as we are just not cream cheese lovers but instead made a orange based glaze to go over the bread instead. This is heavenly with all the spices too - just really takes this bread to a new level of flavor! Thanks for sharing this divine recipe in 123 Hit Wonders!

What a nice pumpkin bread. We skipped the cream cheese topping and had it for a quick snack a few evenings ago, and then we popped a few slices in the toaster oven for a quick re-heating (and spread a little butter on it) and enjoyed it again for breakfast the next morning. The bread is quite moist, and oh so spicy. Thanks, breezermom.
