I use these as croutons with grilled chicken salad. Very tasty.
- Brush pita with olive oil.
- Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and Paprika.
- Broil in oven until lightly browned.
- Cut in triangles.
- Serve with salad or hummus.
I prefer the white pita over whole wheat - they just seem easier to handle and taste better. I didn't broil, just baked til brown and crisp. Very good.
